APS Training & Skill development, the training vertical of AP Securitas was established in 2014.Since then, in its quest for excellence it has evolved itself and established its footprints Pan India to ensure synergy & intimate support to operations to enhance quality management of services. From Aug 2014 to Mar 2018, the APS Training Academy operated at Mahipalpur.
The APS Centre of Excellence at Bijwasan, Sector 27 Dwarka, New Delhi came into being in Apr 2018 and was approved by PSARA Controlling Authority in Nov 2018.Today it is graded as one of the best amongst 12 PSARA approved training centres in the NCR. It has established a benchmark in the quality of training imparted to the security guards and security supervisors.

Our faculty comprises of highly trained, experienced SME Security Personnel from Armed Forces, Para-Military Forces, Delhi Police, Delhi Home Guards and Civil Defence and other distinguished professional & engineers from other disciplines to handle electronics/ technological issues & technical backup. a) HOD. Training Faculty is headed by an Army Officer with multiple Certifications from global Institutions like E2C,ICISSM,CIEH,IOSH and NEBOSH who has headed the Training Faculty of Special Action Group under RAW, Special Frontier Force Academy under Cabinet Sectt and Regimental Training Centre
b) All Training Staff are certified Trainers SSSDC

An innovative and technology driven mobile training van, A brain child of the Chairman of the APS group has revolutionized the concept of Outdoor Training. It is equipped with latest security & safety gadgets and live streaming of training activity direct to clients board room from site.
Prime Minister’s KaushalVikashYojna(PMKVY)
We have participated in the Skill India Mission under PMKVY in 2014, 2015 and 2016 to train and skill the unemployed youth to help build a better India.
Recognition of prior learning is also undertaken under RPL by the training and skill development vertical every year. In 2019 we participated as Best In Class Employer and certified around 2300 security guards.
